We have had 10 star experience. Our first ball python was purchased in 7/25 and is a great healthy male sweet banana bp named kai And our 2nd bp Zoe in March 26 was a healthy female orange dream clown. We really just started handling her. She's so gorgeous 😍.

This incubator is running to perfection. I did notice that fedex shipped the box on the side. I reached to Wilbanks (always fast and helpful service), and we both agreed to leave it settle for 1 full day. Just some info in case you notice the same with yours.
