Every animal is shipped FedEx Priority Overnight for safe, next-morning delivery.
We ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed before 5 PM Central often ship the same day.
You may request a preferred delivery date at checkout. While we do our best to accommodate, please ensure someone is available to receive your animal upon arrival.
If your shipment has not arrived by 10:30 AM, contact us immediately at (405) 604-3525 so we can assist. Once marked “delivered,” the shipment is considered received.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued less the original shipping cost.
