Shipping Policy

Live Animal Shipping (Within the United States)

All live animals are shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight to ensure fast and safe delivery.

We ship Monday through Thursday only to avoid animals being held over the weekend.

We ship FAST — orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Time are often shipped the same day for next-morning delivery, typically by 10:30 AM.

When placing your order, you can enter a preferred delivery date in the provided box at checkout. While we’ll make every effort to meet your request, this date is not guaranteed. Please make sure someone will be available to receive the package on the delivery day.

Your animal’s health and safe arrival are our top priorities. Most shipments arrive by 10:30 AM, though some remote areas may receive delivery by 12:00 PM (Noon). Once your order ships, a UPS tracking number will automatically be emailed to you so you can follow its progress.

To protect your animal, we do not require a signature. This ensures the package is not left on the truck all day if no one answers the door. Please check your porch frequently the morning your shipment is due.

If your package has not arrived by 10:30 AM, please call or text us immediately at (405) 604-3525. Do not email—we need to act quickly to contact UPS and resolve the issue. Missed deliveries are rare, but prompt communication helps ensure the animal’s safety.

If UPS confirms that the package has been delivered to your address, we will assume it has been successfully received.

Export Shipping

International Orders ($5,000 Minimum Order)

We proudly ship live reptiles to most countries around the world. Our team are export specialists—we’ve been handling international reptile exports for decades, and we make the process simple and stress-free.

There is no charge for CITES permits, and permits are now available immediately, allowing us to ship export orders weekly. We’ve successfully shipped to most countries worldwide and are well-versed in all export procedures.

All export orders ship for a flat rate of $2,000, which covers everything required on our end, including:

• CITES Permit

• USDA Veterinary Health Certificate

• U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Inspection

• Transportation and Box Fees

• Broker Fees

• Heat/Cool Packs

• Air Cargo Shipping to your nearest international airport

Shipping to Canada 🇨🇦

We’re proud to offer safe, reliable, and hassle-free reptile shipping directly to our Canadian customers! Our experienced export team handles all necessary documentation and procedures, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

All Canadian orders ship via UPS Overnight directly to your door for a flat rate of $450.
This rate includes everything required on our end, including:

• CITES Permit (when applicable)

• USDA Veterinary Health Certificate

• U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Inspection

• Professional Packing Materials

• Heat or Cool Packs (as needed)

• Full Export Preparation

Customs clearance and inspections are handled entirely by UPS, so your reptile will be delivered right to your door—no airport pickup required.

Incubator Shipping & Damage Policy

Each Wilbanks Incubator is individually inspected, tested, and securely packaged before leaving our facility to ensure it arrives in perfect working condition.

Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately.
If you notice any visible box or product damage, do not accept the shipment or be sure to note the damage with the delivery driver before signing.

Failure to report damage at the time of delivery greatly limits our ability to file a claim or replace the full unit. In such cases, replacement parts may be provided to address minor cosmetic issues when possible.
